- We facilitate exchanges if the item(s) you ordered are defective or not up to the expected standard, provided you can supply evidence of the defect.
- Please submit any exchange requests within 5 days of receiving your product(s), along with the relevant invoice(s) and evidence of the defect.
- If the item(s) you ordered are defective or not up to the expected standard, we offer refunds in the form of store credit.

- Please note that we do not offer refunds in the form of cash or cheque under any circumstances.
- Please be aware that customers are responsible for the delivery costs of all exchanged items.
- For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns, offer refunds, or facilitate exchanges for products that are not defective. We strongly recommend that you check our size chart thoroughly before making a purchase.
